THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3976 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the impugned order dated 18.4.2017 on Memo in SR No.4224 of 2017 in C.C. No.760 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mobile Court, Eluru. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. A letter to that effect was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
