Achuthanand, learned counsel for the revision petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present revision, in view of the fact that the suit in O.S.No.295 of 2010 on the file of XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of on 04.07.2017. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
