ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"...to issue a writ order or direction especially one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that action of respondents in issuing notice in R.C.No.B/429/76, dt: 29-04-2013 seeking to retire the petitioner from service w.e.f. 31-5-2013 as illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory violative of Articles 14 & 16 of the Constitution of India and further declare that petitioner is entitled to continue in service till he attains 60 years of age." Sri Srinivasa Rao Madiraju, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 28.10.2015, to the Registry, wherein it is stated that on the strength of the interim order, dated 19.08.2013, the petitioner was continued in service till the age of 60 years and that as he has crossed the said age, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 19.08.2013, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.18239 of 2013 and W.V.M.P.No.3154 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
