HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL C.R.P. Nos. 3820 & 4496 of 2010 COMMON ORDER:

These two Civil Revision Petitions are filed challenging the interlocutory Orders, dated 12.07.2010 and 15.06.2009 respectively in O.S.No.238 of 2009, on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, Khammam district.

However, it is submitted that during the pendency of the Revision Petitions, the main suit itself was disposed of on 01.02.2013 by the Trial Court.

In that view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
