HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T AMARNATH GOUD CRL.P.No.2174 of 2019 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court by its order dt.18-03-2019 in Crl.P.No.13387 of 2018, which is arose out of the same case in C.C.No.22 of 2018, acquitted A-9 and A-10. Hence, he requested to acquit the accused herein also on the same grounds as held in Crl.P.No.13387 of 2018.

In view of the said submission and for reasons alike, this Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/A-3 to A-8 in C.C.No.22 of 2018 on the file of the Special Judge for Economic Offences, Nampally and they are acquitted. Their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
