This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"To issue writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent nos. 2 and 3 in considering the representations Dated 1912-2016 and 27-12-2016 latest being dt.15-4-2017 submitted for readmission of the petitioners into fishermen cooperative society, Cheruvumadaram(V), Nelakondapally(M) Khammam District as per revised viability norms as contemplated under G.O.Ms.No.6 Animal Husbandry, Diary Development, Fisheries (V&F) Department, dt.24- 3-2016 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to readmit the petitioners as members of the said society".

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader that the application said to have been made by the petitioners herein is not in accordance with Form-J and on hearing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners herein may be permitted to make application afresh in a proper forum. 3.

Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioners to file application afresh in proper form, in accordance with law, within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. If any such application is made, the same be considered and appropriate action be taken in accordance with law, within four weeks thereafter. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
