RespondenURespondenUDefendant Petition under Section 148 read with Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the Letter dated.22.1O.2022 vide Dis No.464 addressed by the Senior Civil Judge, Jangaon, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to extend the time granted on 25-01-2022 in CRP No. 5304 of 2O15 for dispose of OS No. 83 of 2010 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Jangaon. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Letter filed by the Senior Civil Judge, Jangaon, in support thereof The Court made the following: ORDER This lnterlocutory Application is registered on the basis of letter dated 22.10.2022 from the learned Senior Civil Judge, Jangaon, addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, with a request to extend further time for disposal of OS No.83 of 2010. Perused the letter and the office note.
Though, as per the order dated 25.01 .2022 in CRP No. 5305 of 2015, the learned Judge of the trail Court was directed to dispose of both the original suits in OS Nos.68 of 2010 and 83 of 2010 within six months from the date of receipt of copy
of the order, it is stated in the said letter that this Court as per the order in CRp No.1 953 of 2022 stayed all further proceedings in OS No.68 of 201 0 and only requested for extension of further time for disposal of OS No. 83 of 2010 Having regard to the fact that the trail is in progress in OS No. 83 of 2010 and also considering the orders in CRP No. 5304 of 2015, I find justification in the request made by the learned Judge of the trial Court. Accordrngly, time granted as per the order dated 25.01.2022 in CRp No.5304 of 2015 for disposal of OS No.83 of 2O1O is extended titt the end of February, 2023. The leaned Judge of the trial Court shall make every endeavour to dispose of the Original Suit No.83 of 2010 within the above stipulated time, without seeking further extension of time.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
