It is represented that final orders have already been passed by the authorities concerned.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said final orders. Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
