THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.2221 of 2015 ORDER:

The unsuccessful petitioners in IA.Nos.498 of 2013 to 502 of 2013 in OP.No.195 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Khammam had filed this civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the common orders dated 03.09.2014 passed therein, insofar as it related to the dismissal of the petition in IA.No.498 of 2013 filed for an injunction to restrain the respondents 2 and 3 from operating any bank accounts relating to Respondent No.1 society.

2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the revision petitioners and perused the material record.

In all, the petitioners had filed five applications, viz., I.A.Nos.498, 499, 500, 501 and 502 of 2013 seeking to restrain the respondents 2 and 3 from operating any of the Bank accounts relating to respondent no.1 society, to grand ad-interim injunction declaring the alleged resolution dated 16.10.2012 changing instructions to the Bank as arbitrary and illegal, to freeze the bank account of the respondent no1. society and not to permit the respondents2 and 3 to operate the bank account, with the following reliefs. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submit that assailing the impugned common orders, the petitioners had filed four revisions before this court All those applications were dismissed by common orders which are impugned. The petitioners filed four revisions assailing the said common orders. Out of the four revisions, admittedly, three revisions were already disposed of and while disposing the said revisions, this court directed the court below to dispose of the OP within the time frame. In the circumstances,

the learned counsel submits that a similar order may be passed while disposing of the CRP. Accordingly, the CRP is disposed of directing the trial court to follow the directions of this Court in the already disposed of CRPs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this revision shall also stand dismissed.
