HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.5320 OF 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner as well as the respondents, in spite of the fact that the writ petition is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. A perusal of the record discloses that the petitioner is challenging the action of the respondents in deducting an amount of Rs.21,293/- from the terminal benefits of the petitioner. An interlocutory application being WPMP.No.7005 of 2003 is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to release the amount withheld from the terminal benefits of the petitioner. In the said WPMP, on 31.03.2003, this Court granted interim direction as prayed for. In view of the interim order passed by this Court on 31.03.2003, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
