WRIT PETITION No.22559 of 2015 ORDER :

Petitioner is a Co-operative Society constituted with an aim to carry on business for the benefit of its members. Petitioner society had acquired the land to an extent of 184 acres in Kateedan, Hyderabad. The grievance of the petitioner society is that sewerage lines are not laid and on account of non-laying sewerage lines, there is huge formation of water pools, leading to several health hazardous and people are unable to enjoy their properties. Ventilating their grievances, they submitted representation to the Sewerage Board on 23.06.2015. Alleging that said representation is not disposed of and on account of rainy season, residents are put to more serious problems, this writ petition is instituted.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the representation submitted by the petitioner society as early as in the year 2013, so far no action is taken for laying sewerage lines. The latest representation stated to have been submitted on 23.06.2015 and the same is pending for consideration by the respondent Board.

3. Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Board to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner society and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
