This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to direct the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jaggayyapet, to receive the petition in Crl.M.P.No.145 of 2016 filed by the petitioner under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. in Crl.M.P.No.3232 of 2012 in M.C.No.20 of 2012.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
