Petitioner's grievance is that he worked as Grade-II Mechanic in the 1st respondent's Organization and retired on 30.06.2016, but in the retirement benefit payable to the petitioner, special grade increment and stagnation increment were not added.

Counsel for petitioner contends that in view of the Circular dt.10.08.2015 issued by the 1st respondent, petitioner is entitled to said increments and that the petitioner has submitted a representation on 06.01.2017 to the Personnel Officer of the 1st respondent seeking these increments but there is no response from the respondents. 3.
Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents states that the 1st respondent will consider petitioner's representation dt.06.01.2017 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision to the petitioner. 4.
In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dt.06.01.2017 and communicate its decision to the petitioner, within a period of
eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
