CVNR, J & TR, J LAAS 7/2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed against order and decree dt.18.06.2015 in L.A.O.P. No.993 of 2009 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the appellant. Mr. G. Anandam, learned counsel for the sole respondent, submitted that his client has filed a Memo as far back as 02.08.2016 informing that the sole respondent died on 04.05.2016 leaving behind him his widow and two sons, whose details were furnished in the said Memo, and that so far no application is filed for bringing on record the said legal representatives in place of the deceased sole respondent. We find no application on file, filed by the State for bringing on record the legal representatives of the sole respondent. In view of the same, the appeal stands dismissed as abated.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order dt.20.01.2016 passed in L.A.A.S.M.P. No.70 of 2016 is vacated and L.AAS MP Nos.70 and 458 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. __________________________ C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY, J _________________________ T. RAJANI, J 15-02-2017 bnr
