This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short "Cr.P.C,') seeking bail to petitioner/Accused No.1 In the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.44 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Kodad 'l Town Police Station, Suryapet District, registered for the offence I I punishable under Section 420 read with Sectlon 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short I.P.C),

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

3. Since the punishment prescribed for the offence alleged against petitioner is up to seven years, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent-Police are directed to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh
