Heard Sri S.V.Ramana, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent-Corporation and learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in issuing proceedings dated 24.12.2004 and not providing employment to the petitioner in the corporation for the post of Conductor as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S.V.Ramana submits that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court on 09.10.2006, the petitioner has been appointed and is now working as a conductor on regular basis. That being the position, no further orders are is necessary in the present writ petition. That said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the same and since both the counsel admit for the above submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
