THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO W.P.No.38421 of 2014 O R D E R:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

The learned Government Pleader placed on record written instructions issued by the Inspector of Police, II Town Police Station, Miryalaguda Town, Nalgonda District.

From the perusal of the said instructions it is revealed that as on the date of issuance of the written instructions, no complaint or case of whatsoever is received or registered against the petitioner on the file of II Town Police Station, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District and therefore, summoning the petitioner to the police station does not arise. It is also mentioned that the dispute between the petitioner as well as the unofficial respondents 4 to 7 relates to a monetary transaction, which is purely civil in nature, and the respondentspolice have nothing to do with the same. 4.

The allegation of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent is calling the petitioner daily to the police station and pressurizing him to pay Rs.36,00,000/- to respondents 6 and 7 immediately or enter into a memorandum of understanding with them agreeing to pay the same, if not the respondents-police would implicate him in false criminal cases, is specifically denied.

The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the matter has already been compromised between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 7.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the written instructions submitted by the Government Pleader for Home, no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. 8.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any shall stand dismissed.
