SHANKAR NARAYANA ORIGINAL SIDE APPEAL No. 21 of 2012 JUDGMENT: (Per VRS,J) This Original Side Appeal was filed against an order of learned Single Judge admitting a Company Petition for winding up. But, since no interim order of protection was granted in favour of the appellant herein, the proceedings before the company Court have gone on. It appears that evidence has been taken. Therefore, leaving it open to the appellant to raise all the issues before the learned Single Judge in the final hearing of the Company Petition, this Original Side Appeal is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeal shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
