HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.138 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 23-12-2016 issued by the 6th respondent, wherein and whereby the applications of the petitioners were rejected for admission into the 6th respondent-school under the JNV Selection Test-2017.

Sri Srinadha Rao Nama, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Jawahar Navodya Vidyalayas submits that by virtue of interim orders, the petitioners were permitted to writ the examination, but they could not secure the sufficient marks for granting admission.

In view of the same, recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
