This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw M.C.No.103 of 2009 from the file of the Family Court, Guntur and transfer the same to the other Court at Guntur. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
