THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CONTEMPT CASE NO.1297 OF 2013 ORDER:

The Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.6775 of 2013 dated 19.03.2013. The aforesaid order required the second respondent not to interfere with the operation of the petitioner's bore well till orders are passed, and the decision taken by the authorities, pursuant thereto, is communicated to him. A counter affidavit is filed by the Tahsildar stating that, except to issue a show cause notice, no steps have been taken against the petitioner. It is evident, therefore, that the respondent has not violated the order of this Court.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
