THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2574 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. questioning the orders dated 23.08.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.260 of 2016 in C.C.No.983 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Hyderabad. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to file similar type of petition. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file similar type of petition. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
