HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8379 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: ".....to issue any appropriate order or direction or more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring that the action of respondents 4,5,7,8 and 9 as illegal, arbitrary and unlawful and in violative of Article 21,14, 300A and against natural principle of justice, and consequently this Hon'ble Court direct to respondents to pay Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) as a compensation to the petitioner, for harassment and humiliation meted out at the hands of respondents and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.

136 of 2019 was registered for the offences under Sections 341, 506 read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Osmania University Police Station on 09-04-2019 and notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was issued to the petitioner along with accused No.2. It is also stated that certain articles were seized and after completion of investigation, charge sheet is also filed in the said crime on 09-04-2019 before the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad and seized articles were also produced before the concerned Court.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned

Court in respect of his grievance. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
