This Writ Petition is filed questioning the proceedings dated 07.12.2013 in appointing the fourth respondent as Chairman of the Pasarlapudi Choultry, as illegal and arbitrary. By the impugned proceedings dated 07.12.2013, the fourth respondent was appointed as Chairman for a period of two years, but the Writ Petition was filed on 27.03.2015. Since the said period of two (2) years has already elapsed, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
