THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7712 of 2017 ORDER:
This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.74 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Tadvai Police Station, Jayashankar (Bhupalapalli) District, for the offence under Sections 366, 376(D) and 506 of IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire investigation is completed; therefore, it is a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. Per contra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is in progress; therefore, it is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. 3.
The petitioner filed Criminal Petition No.5403 of 2017 under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., and the same was dismissed by this Court on 11.7.2017. The petitioner also filed Criminal Petition No.6358 of 2017 under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., and the same was dismissed by this Court on 01.8.2017 on the ground that there were no changed circumstances from the date of dismissal of the previous bail petition.

A perusal of the record reveals that the investigation is in progress. Therefore, there are no changed circumstances from the date of dismissal of previous bail petition i.e., 01.8.2017 till date. 5.
Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed.
