This petition is filed by the petitioner/A.7 seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.653 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.559 of 2015, dated 21.05.2015 to appear before the Station House Officer, Kadapa I Town Police Station, Kadapa, on every Sunday and Thursday between 5.00 p.m., and 6.00 p.m.

Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/A.7 is proprietor of M/s.Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Trading Company and his presence is very much necessary in day-to-day activities to dispose of the Mango Wastage, and as such, prays this Court to relax the aforementioned condition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.653 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.559 of 2015 to appear before the Station House Officer, Kadapa I Town Police Station, Kadapa, on every Sunday and Thursday between 5.00 p.m., and 6.00 p.m., is hereby relaxed.
