Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent-university issued notification schedule, as such fresh cause of action arose and for challenging the said notification, the petitioners want to file fresh writ petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition.

Permission is accorded.
