Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner to continue him service upto 65 years as Archaka in Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Swamy Vari Temple, Devuni Kadapa, YSR Kadapa District and the notice of 6th respondent dt. 27-10-2014 retiring the petitioner with effect from 28-02-2015 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice contrary to the Government Orders consequently directing the respondents to continue the petitioner as Archaka in said temple.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T.V.S.Prabhakar Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner, G.P. for Endowments for the Respondents 1 to 3 and of Smt. Sundari K.Pisupati - S.C.
