Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Peri Prabhakar, learned standing counsel for the respondents.
2. The petitioner prays for Mandamus directing the respondents to intimate the evaluation of techno commercial bid and not to
destroy Packet-2 of the disqualified tenderers without giving reasonable time to avail remedies against the outcome of evaluation of tenders. The tender relates to Secunderabad Division-Jagityal-Nizamabad new BG line earth work embankment etc. The writ prayer indicates two fold grievance of petitioner.
3. The learned standing counsel on instructions submits that the respondents as such have no time schedule to destroy the tender documents and the procedure is the tender documents are preserved till the finalization of the tender. As regards other grievance, the learned standing counsel submits that as per the procedure in tender evaluation of tenders, the petitioner will be informed the outcome of evaluation of tenders.
4. By placing the stand of the learned standing counsel on record, the writ petition is closed.
5 . Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
