THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE S.V.BHATT WRI T PETI TI ON No.6120 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Prabhakar Bommagani for the petitioner, Mrs.R.Padma Rekha for third respondent and Mr.Ramachandra Reddy for fourth respondent.

The petitioner challenges suspension-cum-show-cause notice, dated 02.05.2016 on various legal and factual grounds. Admittedly, on 12.05.2016, the petitioner has submitted explanation against the show cause notice and the same is awaiting consideration and decision by the respondents.

After perusing the material available on record, this Court is of the view that the challenge to proceeding need not be considered, however, the third respondent can be directed to complete the enquiry initiated pursuant to the show cause notice dated 02.05.2016 within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and pass orders. The petitioner is given liberty to communicate the order to the respondents for timely action.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.7513 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
