Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that despite sending notices to the appellants for instructions, they have not replied nor turned up. Therefore, he reports no instructions. Learned counsel for the appellants reported no instructions for the appellants. Despite receipt of notices, the appellants have not turned up. It appears that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the present appeal.

Hence, the present CCCA is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this appeal, stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
