THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2930 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Though the respondents served with notice, nobody appeared on their behalf.

This Civil Revision Petition is connected to C.R.P.No.2928 of 2015, which is between the same parties and relating to the same document. In this case, the petitioner sought leave of the Court to file certified copy of the same document, which was marked as Ex.A1 in O.S.No.353 of 2008 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor District.

Since this Court has allowed C.R.P.No.2928 of 2015, the impugned order herein is also set aside and the document proposed to be filed by the petitioner shall be received by the trial Court, mark the same in the evidence and proceed with the trial of the suit in accordance with law.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
