Heard the counsel for petitioner; and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

The petitioner had applied on 05.11.2015 in Form VI (A), prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, to the 3rd respondent for grant of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject land, but petitioner contends that the 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that the 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's application within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's application within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________________________
