HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1441 of 2018 ORDER:

Mr.Bethi Venkateshwarlu, counsel for petitioner, argued on the necessity and importance to receive the documents for which permission is sought through I.A.No.332 of 2017, but at the same time realizing the defect in the affidavit filed in the court below, seeks liberty from the Court to withdraw the entire prayer in I.A.No.332 of 2017 with liberty to file fresh application by disclosing sufficient reasons etc .

I have perused the record. The request of Mr.Bethi Venkateshwarlu is accepted.

The petitioner herein is permitted to withdraw I.A.No.332 of 2017 with liberty to file fresh application in accordance with law. As and when such application is filed, the respondents can raise objec tions in accordance with law and the court below considers the same on its own merits.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, as indicated above. No order as to costs.
