This is an application seeking transfer of D.V.C.No.57 of 2013 filed by respondent No.2 before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Cyberabad, against the petitioners, to the Court of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District. 2.

Heard.

There is an interlocutory order dated 13.04.2016, which protects the petitioners from appearing before the Court below. 4.

Perusing the material papers and hearing the learned Public Prosecutor, I am of the view that ends of justice require that such interim arrangement regarding the appearance of the petitioners be continued unless the Court below requires their appearance at the time of trial. 5.
