At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner the matter was adjourned thrice from 31.10.2018 to 26.11.2018. As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 27.11.2018 and 28.11.2018, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner nor is there any representation made on his behalf. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
