HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29891 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering and disposing of the representations of the petitioners dated 11.04.2016 submitted for assignment of the house sites in the lands situate in Sy.Nos.45-AIA, 4-5-B1A, 4-5-BiB, 4-5-B2, 4-5-B3, 4-7-A and 4-B3 situated in Ananthapur Rural Mandal and District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions stating that the land which the petitioners are seeking assignment are already allotted to the 3rd parties and there is no suitable land available in and around Ananthapur Rural Village and Mandal with the Government for providing house sites to the house less and poor beneficiaries as well as the petitioners.

It is also stated that petitioners can make applications under NTR Housing Scheme for allotment of pucca houses Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would make applications under NTR Housing Scheme. In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is open for the petitioners to make applications under NTR Housing Scheme and on such applications being made by them, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 28-09-2016 dv
