THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 2155 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 04.08.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.30409 of 2013.

Against the said order, W.A.No.235 of 2017 was also filed and the Division Bench of this Court passed an order, dated 02.03.2017, in WAMP No.498 of 2017 directing payment of terminal benefits to the writ petitioner treating his date of birth as 04.07.1955 and the payment of emoluments for the period from 01.08.2013 till 28.02.2017 was stayed.
