This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not completing investigation in Crime No.150 of 2018 of Dharmasagar Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents, and perused the record.

Having elaborately argued the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Investigating Officer concerned be directed to expedite the investigation and file Final Report in the subject Crime No.150 of 2018 of Dharmasagar Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate.

It is pertinent to state that the subject F.I.R. was issued on 29.07.2018. The dead body of the son of the petitioner is said to have been traced after three days of his missing. It is also submitted that the investigation is pending.

Under these circumstances, the Investigating Officer concerned is directed to complete investigation and file Final Report in the subject Crime No.150 of 2018 of Dharmasagar Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate, as expeditiously as
possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ Dr . SHAMEEM AKTHER, J April 23, 2019.
