Sri A.V.A.Siva Kartikeya, learned counsel representing Sri S.Vivek Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that on 29.04.2024, W.P.No.9009 of 2021 was listed and W.P.No.9009 of 2024 was not listed. He supplied a photocopy of the cause list of 29.04.2024 to substantiate the aforesaid allegation.

In addition, in paragraph No.4 of I.A.No.4 of 2024, the similar averments are made.

The Registry is directed to prepare a note in this regard and list this matter on 27.03.2025 along with the note and W.P.No.9009 of 2021.
