This Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 06-07-2009, in OS.No.617 of 2008, on the file of the Court of the learned Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

The appellant has filed CCCAMP.No.480 of

2014 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal.

Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant has sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal. The request of the learned Counsel for the appellant is accepted. Accordingly, CCCAMP.No.480 of 2014 is allowed and CCCA.No.107 of 2009 is dismissed as withdrawn.
