This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner questioning the order dated 20.08.2015 passed in I.A.No.268 of 2014 in O.S.No.54 of 2010 by the Junior Civil Judge, Vemulawada.

2. As per the material placed before this Court by the registry, original suit itself was disposed of on 15.12.2017, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication..

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
