THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.3223 of 2013 ORDER:

The Commissioner of Police through externment orders dated 04.08.2012 and 22.08.2012 directed the petitioner to remove himself from Hyderabad city limits for a period of six months.

The appeal filed against the orders of Externment, was rejected through memo, dated 28.12.2012. The writ prayer is substantially rendered ineffective with passage of time.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
