THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1626 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.136 of 2013 on the file of V Town Police Station, Nizamabad. 2.

At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet in the said crime before the concerned court.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal petition is closed.
