HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No. 9413 of 2015

PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, does not press this writ petition and submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if she is given liberty to make a representation to respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, within a period of two weeks from today for redressal of her grievance. He further prays for a direction to respondent No.3 to consider her representation within time frame and till then, no coercive action be taken against her.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that respondent No.3 shall consider the petitioner's representation. Having considered submissions of the counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that the writ petition can be conveniently disposed of by the following order: "It is open to the petitioner to make a representation, as aforementioned, within a period of two weeks from today for redressal of her grievance. If the petitioner makes the representation, respondent No.3 shall consider the same on merits, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks therefrom. Till the representation is heard and decided by respondent No.3, no coercive action against be taken against the petitioner."

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. ____________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ _________________
