Heard Sri G.Ravi Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 15.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.45479 of 2018.

Following the order dated 15.12.2018 in W.P.No.45479 of 2018, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 20.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
