THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.8432 OF 2019 ORDER:

This is a case where the petitioner alleges that respondent No.4 is making unauthorised and illegal construction.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that except mentioning Survey Nos.62/2 and 62/3, situated at M.M.Colony, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, there are no particulars with respect to the locality and the precise area over which respondent No.4 was alleged to be making construction and it would be difficult for the respondents - authorities to identify the property wherein respondent No.4 is making construction. 3.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation by precisely setting out the details of the alleged constructions which are being made by respondent No.4 on which representation, respondents - authorities shall consider and take necessary action, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
