ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

2. The petitioner is a fair price shop dealer of Shop No.24 of Kunduruvaripalem Village, Muppalla Mandal, Guntur District. She was appointed on permanent basis through regular selection in the year 2002. On 07.07.2014, the third respondent along with his staff inspected the fair price shop of the petitioner, seized the essential commodities and thereafter, issued a show cause notice to her making certain allegations, and simultaneously, her authorization was also suspended. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though she submitted an explanation, the second respondentRevenue Divisional Officer has not been conducting any enquiry.

3. In the aforesaid circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
