Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

The petitioner had made an application on 04-022016 in Form-VI-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 4th respondent for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed to him. 3.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application has not been considered by the 4th respondent.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider petitioner's application dt.04-02-2016 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is
disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.04-02-2016 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
