Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 30.07.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.44170 of 2016 and batch, similar order be passed in this writ petition also.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents does not dispute the same.

Following the order dated 30.07.2019 in W.P.No.44170 of 2016 and batch, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
